ECO-THERAPY

Individualism, hyper consumerism, endless communications, infinite entertainment, and ego-centrism are increasingly damaging to the human condition because we give them so much of our energy, time and attention.  This leaves people with a malnourished spirit, a shallow sense of your own depth, and little orientation towards contentment in your life.

Eco-therapy is an emerging therapeutic practice that partners with nature’s rhythms and knowledge to further help you understand your true self, the sensual experience of your body, and the unconscious patterns of relating, so that you are able to grow a more robust life from a rooted sense of belonging that nourishes relationships.  Dr. Batstone offers individual, group, and multi-day nature sessions. 

PSYCHOTHERAPY

Jeffrey works with adult individuals and couples to treat common and complex trauma originating from the many avenues it impacts people’s lives: from the culturally normalized damaging daily behaviors to abuse and trauma that occured in childhood or adulthood.  He’s guided by the world’s leading experts in becoming whole and the ongoing journey of healing.  

Dr. Batstone will help you bring more awareness to your sense of your self, your story and the way you relate, enabling you to becoming the person you are, with deeper freedom and more joy in life.  This is a path we follow together, through the unlikely places, the forgotten places, and the cursed places in your life in order to bring about more blessing and honor to all of who you are.

Free initial consultation available. 

  • 50 minute individual sessions are $175

  • 90 minute individual/couple sessions are $250
